Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Develop and execute business plans to identify key opportunities to drive refreshment quality, cost reduction, and category growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
Lead project teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and financial management.
Identify key drivers of service to develop solutions that reduce costs, improve quality, and drive additional value to customers and arenaflex.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and other internal partners.


Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, marketing, or operations management.
At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales, customer service, or operations management.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and other internal partners.
