Job Overview
The Digital Media Operations Leader will be responsible for leading a team of client service managers in supporting assigned sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle, from planning to invoicing. This role will focus on delivering effective media plans that maximize revenue, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and providing exceptional client service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital media, with expertise in video, programmatic, and CTV advertising, as well as experience in team management and campaign planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of digital media client service managers in supporting assigned sales representatives and clients through all stages of the campaign lifecycle
Deliver effective media plans that maximize revenue and ensure seamless campaign execution
Allocate team responsibilities while contributing to and assisting in campaign management
Perform all tasks related to campaign management, including inventory forecasting, media plan creation, order entry, trafficking, optimization, reporting, and invoicing
Ensure the Account Manager is fully trained on campaign execution and able to address all related questions
Act as the primary point of contact for any escalations on complex issues or requests regarding inventory, ad products, or campaigns
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting in revenue tracking
Investigate and resolve ad delivery, ad quality, and technical issues, liaising with global Ad Platforms support
Test potential ad tech vendor integrations and provide feedback on contract negotiations
Ideate, implement, review, and optimize operational processes that drive quality and efficiency
Analyze utilization and performance of digital inventory to develop strategies and products that maximize revenue yield
Mentor, train, and develop talent, including training future new hires
Create and update internal documentation to clarify processes and best practices
Collaborate with regional teams and act as a local center of excellence for other offices across EMEA
Maintain expertise in arenaflex's ad tech stack and ecosystem, and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Essential Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of overall experience in the advertising industry, either publisher/agency side or in ad tech. They will have team management experience, expertise in defining and improving processes, and a strong understanding of digital media, including video, programmatic, and CTV advertising. The candidate will also have experience in campaign planning and execution, with a proven track record of delivering effective campaigns and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in media or entertainment brand management, as well as knowledge of the processes and procedures of a global corporation
Expertise in ad serving and management systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager), ad exchange systems (e.g., DV360), and management of Creative Labels and Tracking to support and lead the assigned team
Knowledge of Massive activation for digital campaigns and related requirements
Skills and Competencies
