**Job Summary**

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and customer support. Your primary focus will be on Facebook Ads, where you will oversee setup and strategy, as well as coordinate tasks with other team members. You will also be responsible for responding to customer queries via our Basecamp project management system, as well as performing general administrative tasks as required by our CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and customer support
* Oversee Facebook Ads setup and strategy (45% of tasks)
* Coordinate tasks with other team members, including graphic design, video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up
* Respond to customer queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
* Perform general administrative tasks, including report preparation, SEO blog proofreading and editing, and lead generation and follow-up
* Collaborate with our team in India to proofread and quality control SEO blogs
* Utilize Hubstaff time tracking software to monitor productivity and performance during working hours

**Essential Requirements**

* Based in the Philippines
* Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
* Facebook Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Facebook ad campaigns
* Google Ads experience, with knowledge of or previous management of Google Adword and Shopping campaigns (Google Certification is a plus)
* Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help
* Willingness to help out wherever our CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks
* Fast computer and high-speed internet with reliable power
* Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of or previous management of video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and follow-up
* Experience with online tools and software, including Basecamp, Hubstaff, and Google Analytics

* Facebook Ads setup and strategy: 45%
