**Job Responsibilities**
As a Digital Marketing & Administrative Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in helping us build a lasting digital connection with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a strong online presence and drive brand awareness
* Planning and monitoring our ongoing company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
* Launching optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic
* Collaborating with our design team to improve user experience and develop creative content marketing strategies
* Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails, and organizing their distribution through various channels
* Providing insights and recommendations on online marketing trends and best practices
* Maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
* Analyzing performance data using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and WebTrends, to inform marketing strategies and optimize results
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
* Excellent knowledge of B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
* Working knowledge of ad serving tools, such as DART and Atlas
* Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends
* Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
* Familiarity with email marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
