About the Role: Digital Communication Representative - LiveChat Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our marketing team as a Digital Communication Representative (LiveChat Agent). As a LiveChat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our website visitors, engaging with them in real-time to validate and prequalify leads. This is a remote, full-time position, with a preference for candidates located near our branch offices in Calgary, Alberta, or Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. Key Responsibilities:

Engage in real-time live chat with customers visiting our websites, providing timely and informative responses to their inquiries
Enter marketing qualified leads into our Salesforce.com platform, ensuring seamless transition to our sales team
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on features, promotions, and FAQs to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Create canned responses and enhance our tagging system in the live chat platform to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with our sales team and key marketing members to ensure alignment and maximize lead conversion
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and volume/schedule to continually improve our customer journey
Develop and communicate ideas for improvement in our customer engagement strategies, driving innovation and growth
Perform other assigned tasks and projects as required, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment to excellence


Essential Qualifications:

Experience in the commercial modular construction industry or a related field is preferred, although we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a passion for learning
Live chat, B2B telemarketing, or sales experience is highly desirable, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles
Salesforce.com experience is preferred, although we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Keen ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations
