You will work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to source and receive assets, verify that all assets meet spec and design requirements, and facilitate internal communication between teams to ensure projects move forward. You will also maintain effective communication with teams to ensure information flows properly, action items are clear, and issues are escalated at the right time to the right people. **Key Responsibilities** * Work closely with multiple internal teams and external partners to source and receive assets * Verify that all assets meet spec and design requirements * Facilitate internal communication between teams to ensure projects can move forward (flag delivery issues, content constraints, timing, etc.) * Assist international teammates with sourcing the appropriate localized series and film assets for marketing, where needed * Maintain effective communication with teams to ensure information flows properly, action items are clear, and issues are escalated at the right time to the right people * Continually seek opportunities to refine and optimize processes * Maintain detailed documentation and trackers for all projects at Apple's high standards **Essential Qualifications** * 10+ years of relevant experience organizing digital assets within a marketing, advertising, creative agency, or entertainment setting, and are mindful of DAM best practices * Expert in a variety of entertainment asset file types: static images, video files, audio specs, subtitles, and the like.
