About the Role: Analytics Analyst - Digital Analytics As an Analytics Analyst in the Digital Analytics team, you'll play a critical role in evaluating complex business problems and identifying opportunities using data to inform decision-makers. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through member analytics, search engine optimization, product recommendations, A/B testing, and personalization. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Presentation: Demonstrate thorough leadership and present findings and interpretations of data analysis to peers, stakeholders, and end-users. Data Extraction and Analysis: Design and develop processes to extract data from internal and external sources, transforming them into meaningful data elements. Reporting and Visualization: Adhere to reporting best practices, including data visualization, scorecarding, and dashboarding, and recommend improvements to existing Advanced Analytics solutions. Stakeholder Management: Build and manage stakeholder relationships, including business partners, users, suppliers, customers, project team members, and management leaders. Innovation and Improvement: Keep up with industry trends and technologies, evaluating new technologies as needed, and contribute technical expertise in analytics methodologies, performance measurement, and research. Content Development: Develop and present content required for coaching, tutoring, and presenting to stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems, often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow, and develop and evaluate options to implement solutions. Advanced Analytics: Define and develop analytical and statistical models for advanced analysis and prediction, and identify and recommend opportunities to apply advanced analytics to solve business problems. Essential Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce Web analytics. Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience with one or more Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Adobe Target. Excel and Google Sheets: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets experience. Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement continuous process improvement. Analytics Expertise: Dedication to learning and development of analytics expertise. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Highly motivated self-starter, problem-solver, and execution-oriented team player. Preferred Qualifications: Education: BA/BS from an accredited university. Technical Skills: Experience with HTML and JavaScript.
