**Key Responsibilities**
As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Communicating with customers directly in-person, via phone, and via email to ensure their packages are delivered on time and as promised
* Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to provide exceptional customer experiences
* Upholding arenaflex values and respecting every customer interaction
* Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers to ensure a positive outcome
* Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer issues, using logical and sound judgment
* Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
* Approaching problems with a customer-centric mindset to ensure the best possible outcome
* Working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule to meet the demands of our last-mile logistics operations
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School or equivalent diploma
* Previous experience in Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency and meet customer expectations
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Outlook
* Familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience
* Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators
* Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand
