About the Role As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing real-time, hands-on support to ensure timely package delivery. You'll be the liaison between our customers and our delivery station, connecting customers with the right experts and providing accurate, up-to-date information about their packages. Key Responsibilities Managing Customer Interactions: Handle difficult customer situations with empathy via phone and email, responding promptly to customer needs and soliciting feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
