2+ years of experience in a data science or analytics role, with a strong focus on healthcare or business intelligence
Experience with programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
Experience with data governance policies and procedures, including data quality and integrity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
