**Experienced Data Scientist – Healthcare Data Analysis and Insights**

We're seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Investigation and Conduct Change team, where you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of healthcare. **Job Summary:** As a Data Scientist on our Investigation and Conduct Change team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing industry-leading data analysis, research, and innovation platforms to drive business decisions. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $26/hour. If you're passionate about using data to drive insights and improve healthcare outcomes, we want to hear from you. **Job Responsibilities:** * Execute models, develop tools, and create algorithms to improve processes related to HCB's case environment * Identify and measure opportunities for research to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement and modification * Create, validate, and execute predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions * Investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats * Perform complex data analysis to tackle reasonably complex business issues * Utilize advanced statistical procedures and numerical analysis to drive insights * Develop data pipelines to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs * Use data visualization methods to communicate research findings and support business decisions * Develop and assess data needs for assigned projects and ensure data integrity * Investigate existing data and suggest additional sources of data for enhancements **Required Capabilities:** * 2+ years of significant scientific experience * Experience programming using R or Python * Experience in SQL **About arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we're committed to carrying our heart to every moment of your healthcare journey.
