Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our Video Engineering organization, where you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems. As a Data Scientist at blithequark, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to mine data, implement model assessment pipelines, analyze large-scale data, visualize insights, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. This role requires strong coding skills, presentation skills, and collaboration with multiple teams, including machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and device learning. Key Responsibilities Implement algorithms and assessment strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences Conduct deep-dive failure analysis and pattern mining to identify areas for improvement Develop interpretation strategies for deep learning models and communicate insights to stakeholders Produce and present significant data insights with visualizations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams Use in-depth statistical analysis and big data analysis to drive actionable insights for customers Evaluate potential features based on customer requirements to inform internal improvements Provide quantitative analysis of real-world trends and customer data to understand current model and algorithm performance Create mathematical models to predict outcomes and inform strategic business decisions Capture and analyze real customer feedback on shipped products to inform future product development and roadmap Education and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as relevant work experience in data science or a related field. You should have a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. You should also be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and have a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
