Key Responsibilities
Drive product advancement through robust measurement techniques across experimentation, modeling, and analysis, as well as tooling
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to shape the vision of a space, whether that is by determining product strategy or defining new metrics
Develop experimentation and measurement strategies to increase the speed of projects and support complex decision-making
Work with ownership and accountability by ensuring that the team is delivering consistent and high-quality results that impact the decisions and direction of product insight
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and tools
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies to continuously improve our data science capabilities
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)
At least four years of experience applying statistical and numerical concepts to drive decision-making at scale
Strong statistical skills and instinct, with applied experience solving problems in consumer-facing product areas
Proficiency in SQL and statistical programming (Python and/or R)
