**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Protection & Privacy Analyst to join our Digital Technology team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable data protection and privacy solutions using cutting-edge technologies and architectures. **Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable data protection and privacy solutions using cutting-edge technologies and architectures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data protection and privacy risks
* Develop and implement data protection and privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations
* Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and maintain relationships with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
* Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy
* Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data protection and privacy training programs
* Develop and maintain data protection and privacy metrics and reporting to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
* Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, including local, national, and international regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, with the potential to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
**Preferred Qualifications**
* CISA certification
* Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
* Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
* Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
* Ability to interpret noncompliance to determine its effect on levels of risk and/or average effectiveness of the company's cybersecurity program
* Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
