As a Data Protection & Privacy Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our data assets. You'll work closely with our cybersecurity team to design, develop, and implement highly scalable technology solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. With a strong focus on data protection and privacy, you'll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:


Designing and implementing data protection and privacy solutions that meet local, national, and international regulations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data protection and privacy risks
Developing and maintaining data protection and privacy policies and procedures
Providing training and awareness programs to ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
Conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure data protection and privacy controls are in place
Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data protection and privacy


Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field, with a focus on data protection and privacy
Strong understanding of data protection and privacy requirements and policies, both locally and globally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines, handling multiple tasks concurrently
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications:


CISA certification
Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key control principles
Ability to interpret noncompliance and determine its impact on risk and/or overall effectiveness of the organization's cybersecurity program
Hands-on experience with data protection and privacy vendors, tools, and products
