Our team is passionate about what we do, and we're committed to making a positive impact in our community. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry/Pricing Coordinator to support our pricing operations across Tennessee. As a Pricing Coordinator, you'll work closely with our sales teams and suppliers to ensure pricing accuracy across multiple markets. You'll be responsible for daily data entry and price management in Vistex, maintaining and organizing supplier price grids and approval emails, and managing on/off-premise pricing and depletion allowances. **Key Responsibilities** As a Pricing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * Daily data entry and price management in Vistex * Maintain and organize supplier price grids and approval emails * Manage on/off-premise pricing and depletion allowances * Publish and share price books * Communicate pricing updates to the sales force * Respond to pricing and deal inquiries * Review and ensure accuracy of monthly chargeback accruals * Investigate chargeback discrepancies * Support additional administrative tasks as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Strong attention to detail * Basic math and data entry skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook) * Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment **Education and/or Experience** We're looking for candidates with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **What We Offer** As a Pricing Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly wage of $18.50 * Monday-Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays * Great opportunity for growth and development in a dynamic industry * Excellent benefits package, including: + Health care + Retirement plans + Paid time off + Company-paid life insurance + Supplemental Aflac and legal plans **Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and growth.
