**Job Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry/Administrative Clerk with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients
* Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and ensuring accuracy
* Correcting errors and organizing information for swift and accurate data capturing
* Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information in relevant databases
* Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field (data entry, administrative support, or customer service)
* Good command of English and excellent communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient touch typing skills (optional but preferred)
* Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

* Proficient touch typing skills (at least 40 words per minute)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
* Familiarity with data protection policies and procedures
* Certification in data entry or administrative support (e.g., Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA))
