**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry / Typing Specialist to join our remote team as a Work from Home Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while accurately and efficiently processing high-volume data entry tasks. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry / Typing Specialist – Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Performing accurate and efficient data entry and typing tasks, including processing customer information and order details
* Handling customer service calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
* Updating customer accounts and databases with accurate and up-to-date information
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining data accuracy and quality standards, ensuring that all data is accurate and complete
* Generating typing reports and documentation as required
* Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and support

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
* At least 1 year of experience in data entry or customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

**Technical Requirements**

To perform this role, you'll need:

* A computer with a current operating system
* High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
* A professional headset for calls
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* A dedicated home office space

**Compensation and Benefits**
