This role is part of the laboratory production process and is the first step in producing high-quality results for our clients. As a Data Entry Technician, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), facilitating sample information flow between laboratory and customer service staff, and ensuring that all samples are properly labeled and prepared for shipment. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and open packages and client sample drop-offs * Accurately enter all data into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) * Facilitate sample information flow between laboratory and customer service staff * Label all sample containers * Prepare bottle orders and ship them to clients * Confirm receipt of shipped samples and packages * Order supplies and distribute orders to the laboratory staff * Neutralize and dispose samples in accordance with arenaflex safety and waste disposal procedures **Requirements** * High School Diploma Required * Working knowledge of computers, software applications, and other technology * Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent communication skills * Organization skills and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Self-directed and outcome-oriented * Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs * Ability to wear all PPE required for the position **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a laboratory or data entry environment * Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Self-directed and outcome-oriented * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs * Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
