**Job Summary**
We're looking for a part-time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8AM-5PM. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system
* Understand and identify customs documentation
* Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct
* Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensure compliance at all times to regulations
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics
**Qualifications**
* Associates or Bachelors Degree
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical
* Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills
* Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics
