**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a focus on customs declaration information
* Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system
* Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring seamless customs clearance
* Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both internally and externally
* Ensuring compliance with regulations at all times, adhering to industry standards and best practices
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's success and growth
**Qualifications**

* An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration
