**Job Summary**
We're seeking a part-time Data Entry Technician to join our Customs Brokerage team, working 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, verifying customs documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
* Understand and identify customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
* Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration
* Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to all relevant regulations
* Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
* Ensure compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
* Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's overall success
**Qualifications**
* Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., supply chain management, logistics, business administration)
* Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
