**Key Responsibilities**
* Input and verify data into company databases and specialized software systems
* Process client documentation, including financial statements and transaction records
* Maintain organized digital filing systems and update records as needed
* Review data for accuracy and completeness, flagging discrepancies for review
* Generate regular reports and assist with data analysis tasks
* Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
* Ensure compliance with data security protocols and confidentiality requirements
* Assist in developing and improving data entry procedures
**Required Qualifications**
* High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
* Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
* Proven accuracy and attention to detail
* Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Experience with database management systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
* Reliable home internet connection and computer setup
