The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining large datasets, creating and editing maps, and providing cartographic design services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a strong foundation in GIS and data management. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and maintain large datasets, including creating, editing, and publishing GIS feature data in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud * Create and edit maps using Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online * Provide cartographic design services, including creating and editing maps, charts, and other visualizations * Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data management and cartographic design services * Develop and maintain knowledge of geospatial analysis methods and ESRI GIS applications development * Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements and best practices * Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and methodologies **Essential Qualifications** * Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Geography, Earth Science, Data Science, or a related field * 2 years of relevant work experience in GIS and data management * Proficiency with Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online * Proficiency in creating, editing, managing, and publishing GIS feature data, both in a geodatabase environment and on the cloud * Proficiency in cartographic design * Working knowledge of geospatial analysis methods and ESRI GIS applications development * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Avenza MAPublisher * Working knowledge of Arcade and/or JavaScript programming for GIS applications and API's integration * Experience with data visualization and cartographic design * Experience with data management and analysis * Experience with GIS applications development **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Creative problem-solving and self-starter skills * Ability to work independently with minimal direction * Flexibility to work effectively on multiple simultaneous projects with a number of internal and external stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and innovative environment.
