As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, you will be an integral part of our operations team, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials * Working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy * Reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system * Assisting the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples * Performing other duties as necessary, including adhering to ISO requirements and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions **Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies: * **Innovate**: Be better, keep improving, be more efficient, creative, and be in the forefront of development * **Aspire**: Have desire, purpose, and ambition challenging ourselves to push the limits and reach new heights * **Collaborate**: Foster teamwork, common goals, selflessness, communication, and mutual support * **Transform**: Adapt, learn, re-invent, and change for future development and growth **Minimum Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you must possess: * A high school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience * OR a Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field * Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, prior experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems is a plus. Some laboratory experience is also preferred, as it will help you understand the Manufacturing process.
