Job Overview
The Data Entry Specialist/Clerk will play a vital role in understanding and streamlining manufacturing production processes. This position will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks, maintaining accurate bin locations, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various teams to resubmit re-test samples, perform other duties as necessary, and contribute to the overall growth and development of arenaflex.
Key Responsibilities
Help finish production orders and create labels for QC samples and bulk materials, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching, to maintain compliance with ISO requirements
Collaborate with inventory controllers to identify and maintain accurate bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks
Support planning teams in resubmitting re-test samples, ensuring timely and efficient processing
Perform job duties in accordance with ISO requirements, following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Participate in other projects and responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn
Essential Qualifications and Competencies
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The essential qualifications include:
High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience, or a Biotech Certificate or Associate's degree in a science or related field
Strong competency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
