About the Role This is a fully remote role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving success by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication. Analyze schedules and complex datasets to discover relevant insights for stakeholders. Synthesize large amounts of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx. Develop high-quality and well-timed presentation materials to inform and influence senior leaders. Navigate the complexities of multiple teams and engagements. Analyze historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insight into future performance. Contribute to the progressive development of opportunity network designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, etc. that enhance a wide range of work streams, including future fleet plans, forecasted facility needs, labor and staffing optimizations, operational viability simulations, and business opportunity assessments. Deliver analysis and recommendations that illustrate a clear understanding of the business issue at hand, as well as the wider impact across the broader business organization and company. Communicate insights and results to branch and Commercial/Operational Leaders using a communication approach that acknowledges the intended target audience and provides the recommended course of action using robust visualizations that support the storytelling behind the data. May perform other task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, data science, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx, with experience in data visualization and presentation development. A strong understanding of business operations, including scheduling, network planning, and fleet management. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, data science, or a related field. Experience working in the airline industry or a related field. Knowledge of airline operations, including scheduling, network planning, and fleet management. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView. Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or other languages relevant to the airline industry.
