* **Document Review**: Carefully reading and interpreting source documents such as sales reports, bills, or canceled checks, and entering the required data into designated fields.
* **Accuracy Checks**: Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of various data types, including demographic, financial, and customer information, before entering it into the system.
* **Error Detection**: Comparing entered data with source documents using verification tools to detect and correct errors, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors when necessary.
* **Record Maintenance**: Maintaining operational records and logs to ensure all data and activities are documented and accessible.
* **Confidentiality**: Safeguarding data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality while maintaining customer confidence and protecting sensitive information.
* **Priority Setting**: Establishing data entry priorities by adhering to organizational guidelines or consulting with team leadership.
* **Verification**: Reviewing, correcting, deleting, recovering, or reentering customer and account data as necessary to maintain accuracy and integrity.
* **Data Management**: Purging files to remove duplicate information, securing data by completing regular database backups, and contributing ideas for improving data collection processes.
* **Team Support**: Operating office equipment as needed to assist in data entry tasks and contributing to team goals by accomplishing related results as required.
