**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing incoming, outgoing, and internal retirement account transfers with accuracy and efficiency
* Providing value-add recommendations to increase operational efficiencies and improve client satisfaction
* Collaborating with internal partners to deliver timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues
* Promoting client retention and identifying opportunities to build existing relationships through timely and accurate transfer processing and service quality
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure seamless data processing and analysis
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage and process complex operational work
* Customer contact skills, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Proficiency in data entry software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working with Third Party Administrators (TPA's) and Independent Record-Keepers or Advisors
* Familiarity with financial services and wealth management industry
* Certification in data entry or a related field

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
* Hourly rate: $19.5 - $20 per hour
* Shift: First shift (8 AM - 5 PM)
* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility)
