**Job Description**

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. You'll work independently, using your attention to detail and organizational skills to enter and update data into various careerzynith databases and systems. You'll also collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes, generate reports and summaries, and adhere to careerzynith's data security and confidentiality policies.

**Responsibilities**

* Accurately enter and update data into various careerzynith databases and systems
* Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Process customer information and orders efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes
* Generate reports and summaries based on data input
* Adhere to careerzynith's data security and confidentiality policies

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
* Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment

**Restrictions**

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
* Must be able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week for part-time positions
* Must adhere to careerzynith's code of conduct and data privacy policies

**Education & Experience**

* High school diploma required; higher education is a plus
* Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous
