**Job Summary**

As an experienced Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in processing and managing large volumes of digital content. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, copy-pasting, typing, and web research. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into various systems and databases, using a range of software applications and tools.
* Copy-Pasting: Copy and paste data from one source to another, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
* Typing: Perform high-speed typing tasks, including data entry, transcription, and document preparation.
* Web Research: Conduct thorough research on various topics, gathering and verifying information to support our projects and initiatives.
* Data Collection: Collect and organize data from various sources, including online platforms, documents, and other digital materials.
* Image Processing: Convert images to Word and Excel documents, ensuring accurate formatting and layout.
* PDF Conversion: Convert PDF files to Word and Excel documents, maintaining formatting and layout.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and document preparation.

**Requirements**

* Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent, or GED.
* Clerical, secretarial, administrative support, or technical program support experience preferred.
* Computer operations experience preferred, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team.
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software applications and tools.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
