**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Veterinary Support Services**

That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Competitive starting wages * Opportunities for wage increases after 3 months of service * A comfortable, climate-controlled work environment * A 20% discount program for all pet-related purchases * 401(k) matching and company-sponsored retirement plans * Professional development and advancement opportunities * Paid time off and holidays * Access to our employee assistance program * And much more! **What You'll Do** As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests * Examining and resolving issues to determine proper solutions for clients and center partners, and following up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues * Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's healthcare software * Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and kindness to clients and partners alike * Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and development opportunities * Communicating with veterinary facilities via telephone (and other channels as needed) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts * Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day to be spent on outbound veterinary center/client telephone contacts **What You'll Need** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and attention to detail * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * High school education or equivalent * Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (where applicable) * Strong decision-making skills * Ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment * Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs and adapt to new situations * Ability to move schedule and stay at work longer than required depending on the situation * Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information * Ability to pass a background check **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
