**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Reviewing and processing incoming documents related to vehicle tolls, violations, and registrations
* Accurately entering data into internal systems to ensure proper record-keeping
* Auditing processed documents for accuracy and consistency
* Researching discrepancies or missing information using available resources
* Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations and ensure quality control

**Essential Qualifications**

* **Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**: Familiarity with Microsoft Office is essential for this role, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
