**Job Summary**

We're looking for a highly organized and accurate Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Accurately entering, managing, and maintaining master data files
* Reviewing and analyzing form data to ensure data integrity and compliance
* Collaborating with other departments to identify data errors and implement solutions
* Creating and establishing new master data processes as needed
* Working closely with our HR systems team to ensure seamless data management

**Required Skills**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of data entry or data maintenance experience, preferably from a customer service, sales, accounting, IT, or business environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of data
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Familiarity with data management systems and software

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* Experience working with HR systems and data management software
* Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools
* Certification in data entry or data management
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

**Work Environment**

This temporary contract position is to cover a maternity leave from mid-September through early January. You will be part of our HR systems team, working remotely or in-office in Kansas City. The role requires approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible hours between 7 AM and 6 PM CST.
