**Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Southwest Operations Support**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing new organization arrangements, introducing and maintaining network hardware, and providing technical support to junior staff. You will work collaboratively with various teams and leaders across the organization to design and maintain network equipment and software, record and manage the installation of new networks, ensure network integrity, investigate any network issues, and maintain/upgrade existing systems as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute new organization arrangements to improve network efficiency and security * Introduce, arrange, and maintain network hardware * Obtain network hardware and oversee subcontractors associated with network installation * Design, direct, and change to expand network productivity and security * Recommend changes to improve network designs and determine equipment or software requirements related to such changes * Provide technical support to junior staff * Offer technical guidance or support to the development or investigation of systems * May perform other work duties as directed by Representative's Chiefs **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, information technology, engineering) * 2+ years of experience in data entry, network administration, or a related field * Strong knowledge of equipment parts, systems, software, and networking technologies * Ability to investigate and resolve issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to focus and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with network traffic analysis and troubleshooting * Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technologies * Experience with data entry software and systems * Certification in a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of equipment parts, systems, software, and networking technologies * Ability to create, present, and effectively communicate complex ideas and procedures to various audiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
