As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in our e-Filing team, working closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. You will participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process, investigate discrepancies as they arise, and complete additional projects as assigned. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with technology, are detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals * Develop and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work assignments * Communicate effectively with team members and management to resolve issues and address concerns **Qualifications:** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and processes * Strong time management and prioritization skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At ABC Legal Services, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
