You will be responsible for proposing new alternatives to identify candidates, identifying opportunities for improvement in our current processes, and managing job postings on various job portals. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and teamwork abilities will be essential in driving the success of our Talent Acquisition Team. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches * Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes * Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them * Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches * Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve our recruitment goals **Essential Qualifications** * Proactivity and ability to work in a team * Marked attention to detail in daily work * 1+ year of previous work experience (a plus) * Advanced English level **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in data entry, recruitment, or a related field * Familiarity with job portals and recruitment software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (a plus) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
