Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities

Gauge the impact of App Store Optimization for some of the biggest brands in the app stores, providing valuable insights that inform our business decisions
Classify information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress, maintaining organized and up-to-date records
Perform searches on websites for information, utilizing your research skills to gather relevant data
Audit reports and sheets of data, identifying errors or discrepancies and taking corrective action
Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources, ensuring data quality and consistency
Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product, guaranteeing high-quality results
Obtain further information for documents that are deemed incomplete, demonstrating your ability to follow up and follow through


Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including intermediate-level skills in formulas, functions, and data analysis
Experience with Google Sheets, Slack, and Google Meet, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new tools and technologies
Expertise in computer research, with the ability to quickly and accurately gather information from various sources
Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices, including data quality, accuracy, and security
Ability to create presentations, highly desired, with experience in designing and delivering engaging and informative presentations
Ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing your time to meet deadlines and deliver results
Excellent typing accuracy, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Sound written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and clients

Compensation and Benefits
