As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**

* Monitoring WAN links for stability
* Monitoring routers, switches
* Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN
* Alerts and log monitoring
* Preventative Health Checks
* Incident Management
* Reporting
* Administering security and IAM
**Training and Development**
Selected applicants will receive comprehensive training on essential technical skills, including:
* Windows/Unix/Linux
* Active Directory
* Powershell and Bash
* Developer Tools
* Wireshark
* ServiceNow
* Network Appliances
* Load Balancers
* Routers/Switches
* Middleware, logs / alerts
* Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers
* Network Monitoring Systems
* Network Diagnostic Commands
* Incident management tools
* ITSL Processes & Tools
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or GED
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
* Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills.
* Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients.
