In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks and projects associated with our Clinical Adjudication and CAPAS operations. This includes working with RxClaim, enterprise requirement determinations, and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, as well as collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues. You will also be responsible for supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings, incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations, and supporting the implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process. **Key Responsibilities** * Work on branch projects and PA sports in a well-timed manner, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables * Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings, including incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations * Collaborate with team members to discover the root reason for override issues and implement solutions * Support the implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process * Demonstrate blithequark values, including collaboration and accountability, in a matrixed environment * Assume strategically, follow validated reasoning and good judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects * Articulate dangers or worries, and provide recommendations for improvement **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data units for projects or trending/possibility identification * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users * Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse * Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude * Experience with MS Access database **Preferred Qualifications** * RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with data analysis and reporting **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users * Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse * Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude * Experience with MS Access database * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
