You'll be working with large datasets, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve our operations. Your role will be critical in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Work on various projects and tasks associated with RxClaim, including enterprise requirement determinations, clinical adjudication tasks, and root cause analysis of override issues * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to PAs (Prior Authorizations) * Support the implementation of CAPAS (Claims Adjudication and Payment System) carrier catalog offerings * Incorporate progressive enhancements into all aspects of CAPAS operations * Support the transition process of member statistics, including the implementation of patron PA documents in the Clinical overview part of the process * Demonstrate arenaflex values, including collaboration, accountability, and strategic thinking, in a matrixed environment * Articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and make recommendations to improve our operations **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of experience working with large datasets and analytical tools * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse * Experience with MS Access database * Self-motivated with a strong, effective attitude **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders * Strong understanding of data entry processes and procedures **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
