**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Accurately inputting data into our system based on supplied images
* Identifying and classifying various document types
* Reviewing and validating data entries to maintain quality and precision
* Handling personal health information (PHI) with utmost confidentiality, in compliance with HIPAA standards
* Collaborating with colleagues professionally as needed
* Proposing suggestions for process enhancements
* Completing all assigned tasks promptly and assisting with additional responsibilities as required
**Required Skills**
To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong ability to work efficiently
* A proactive self-starter capable of focusing on multiple tasks
* Quick learner with the adaptability to follow instructions accurately
* Strong capacity to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
* Proficiency in reading and writing English
* Typing capabilities: 50 WPM with 95% accuracy, 4,500 KPH with 95% accuracy
**Qualifications**
While previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred, it is not required. However, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
