**About the Role**

As a Remote Typist – Data Entry at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our team's efforts by accurately typing information from various sources into online forms or spreadsheets. You'll be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in databases or documents, reviewing and double-checking data for errors or missing information, organizing digital files, and ensuring correct formatting. You'll also be expected to meet daily or weekly typing quotas and deadlines, follow simple instructions and workflows provided by your team lead, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**Responsibilities**

- Accurately type information from various sources into online forms or spreadsheets
- Enter, update, and maintain data in databases or documents
- Review and double-check data for errors or missing information
- Organize digital files and ensure correct formatting
- Meet daily or weekly typing quotas and deadlines
- Follow simple instructions and workflows provided by your team lead
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives

**Requirements**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with typing and data entry
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute (faster is a plus)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Ability to follow written instructions and work independently
- No prior experience required – training is provided
