About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team as a Remote SkillBridge Intern. This 90-180 day job training program is designed for Military Service members who are transitioning from the military during their last 180 days in service. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in accurately inputting and updating data into our company's databases and systems, ensuring the highest level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Update and maintain data records as needed.
Perform regular data quality checks to ensure data integrity.
Maintain documentation of data entry processes and procedures.
Assist with data-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
