We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract/temporary basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data. You'll be responsible for reviewing finalized work, classifying information, inspecting reports, and verifying data. **Key Responsibilities**

* Classifying information into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
* Inspecting reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and quality
* Verifying, correcting, and deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources
* Searching for additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
* Searching the internet for information to support data entry tasks
* Preserving detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
* Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and practices
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management
