**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers, and contribute to the success of careerzynith.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize Microsoft suite to manage data entry and communication tasks
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional service to clients and customers
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Work independently with minimal supervision, using sound judgment and decision-making skills
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
