**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all inquiries are addressed efficiently and effectively. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home after completing an 8-week paid training period.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to manage and track inquiries
* Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
* Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
