**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare clients by researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered accurately and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
**Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries from healthcare providers and clients in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with the team to ensure that all data is entered accurately and efficiently
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining open communication with the team
**Key Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
