**Role Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Refine child assistance payments in the SDU body according to Standard Operating Procedures
* Collect, investigate, coordinate, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Maintain a basic understanding of plans and methods
* Possess strong interpersonal skills, using tact, persistence, and politeness to interact with colleagues and stakeholders
