You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to ensure seamless collaboration, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote position, and you must be located in the United States. **Key Responsibilities** * Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email * Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process * Investigate discrepancies as they arise * Complete additional projects as assigned * Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals * Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and projects **Qualifications** * No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus * Tech experience is strongly preferred * Must be able to read, write, and speak English * High school diploma or GED required * Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy * Exceptional attention to detail * Desire and ability to be a team player * Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office * Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
